After an extended run of pages following Frank and the guys at NSO HQ we head back to the Roshan Embassy to check in with Colonel Cozalien and Ivan Tsarekov, who has arrived in Zinkland. If you don't remember Ivan, check episode 31 for a refresher.

I designed Ivan's dress uniform pretty much on the spot. I like the idea that the Roshans would have a dress uniform for formal meetings, it fits with their militaristic bent. The big square medal on Ivan's shirt is the SPRN insignia, the SPRN being the Secret Police of the Roshan Nation, their equivalent of the NSO.
