Chapter 8.21.247 (and a very big THANK YOU!)

This is crazy, and came totally from left field. So, seeing how aome friends and artists I like are being victems of art theft lately, I decided to Google Warlord, just in case. But I had no idea what I was going to run into lol XD In the results page, as I browse through, I see "Fred Peterson: The Mighty Warlord" in the link of a forum I had never gone to. So, I go, and it actually turned out to be the forum of the Web Cartoonists Choice Awards thingies that happened about a month ago. Turns, this very webcomic was shy of just a few votes, 3 maybe 4, to actually be NOMINATED for TWO categories =0 Like I mentioned in my Journal in deviantArt earlier today, I had mentioned the WCCAs only once in a journal over there and once here, like AFTER or maybe a day or two BEFORE the nomination rounds had ended. So, who knows what would've happened if I had mentioned it earlier? I just never would've thought people would really think this comic deserves some kind of recognition lol In case you're curious, the two categories I fell just shy of being nominated in where for "Outstanding Dramatic Writing" and "Outstanding Character Writing" =0 Quite fitting I think that it was in those two categoies, I think =) Anywho, THANK YOU to whover where the ones that took the time to actually try to get me nominated at the WCCAs, hey, maybe I'll announce the opening rounds of nominations on time next year XD You all ROCK and I shall try to get even better to feel I deserved those votes, I shall start a new phrase of "it's an honor just to be nearly nominated!" lol! Thank you *hugs everybody*

About this page, I'm not too wild about the lineart, but Samantha came out rather nice, I guess, bah. Oh, it's Fatfish, and he's always the smooth talker! Such a turnaround from the beggining of this chapter =0 Will Fatfish repent and atone for his crimes? Has Fred finally left his emoness behind him for good? Is this rhe start of this story becoming a college romantic/dramedy? So many questions, and it's only about 1 week left for this chapter to finish =0 Let's see what happens.
