Chapter 23: Time's Falling Out of these Hands

And so it finally begins, the last arc of book 2! The action in this series has been downplayed for a while now, especially compared to book 1. This chapter is no exception.
But, this chapter (and the an extent the previous 3 chapters) is basically the set up for this story, which means that chapter 24 onward the action is going to increase. A lot. Also, don't get too attached to any characters yet
This whole book 2 has been a loooong journey for me, many of you already know of all the circumstances. But despite that, here we are :) Chapter 22 uploaded towards the end at the most consistent pace in years. Hopefully the trend will continue.
