Jon has always been the level headed one of the group of friends that Fred, Jane, Cheryl, Diane (RIP), and Jon. He's the dependable one to listen to you, advise you, and set you straight in the nicest, politest way possible.
So far in book 2 he's been very different than he was in book 1, he rarely had any scenes in book 2 compared to book 1. This storyline has a lot more Jon in here and the reasons he's changed.
Chapter 20 up to now has been a lot lower on the action side, chapter 24 kicked it up a bit again finally, and soon in this chapter, it's the biggest action sequence since chapter 19.
I can't stress enough how fun this chapter has been for me. Also, congrats to Generation Bad for winning Best Super Hero Comic! I'm slowly reading for the first time many of the nominees, and I feel honored that this here comic was even in that group of nominees, mind blowing!
