Meanwhile, as our heroes are away, the street rats will play! The war between the Yakuza and Fatfish keeps escalating. We hadn't seen Tempest in a little while, and she's ran into someone else we haven't seen in a little while either.
The fun part of getting all the main protagonists and antagonists introduced already is that now we get to see them interact with each other in different ways. Kind of like Jane and Akuma. Hey, wait. that was last chapter's cliffhanger, wasn't it? I'll get around to showing what happened.
