01-18 Take the truck?
freefall_drift onI can do a panel every week or so. Check back every so often.

Viceroy - You have a point, but these are replicas and simulations, prints from a Seed Ship Library database on the 20th century. This stuff is 4000 years old (and still the BabyBoomers are dominating culture!). It's not of interest to most planets.
Talekyn - It's one of my favorites. My new favorite for writing is "We will believe the impossible, but not the improbable." There was a horror movie where yuppies were actually space aliens. The heroes put in contact lens and could see the monsters. We had no problem with the monsters, but nobody can just put in contacts like that and start shooting.
Or that a sheriff can shoot 122 times with a six shooter, oh that we can believe, but not that the sheriff can hit every time.
DAJB - A truck bag? Exactly! Great minds think alike. I'd planned on putting the truck in a tether bag. Keeps thing from floating away in zero gee.
Talekyn - You missed the update because the Drunk Duck software no longer considers a page NEW if you update the graphic. So you have to come back manually. As for packing the truck, it helps when the UFOs land at the space port several times a year and stay for a couple of days. Glad you think Ruun is cute, he's my "everyman" character.
joerocks1981 - Glad I could inspire. One of my favorite strips is/was "Tales of the Revenant". He does a single panel at a time. So I decided to do something like that.
Viceroy - Ha ha ha. Oh Gawd! What a horrible mental image. I've always though of the crew as more like good pirates than like a money grubbing airline. Nobody tells a pirate they cannot take their extra carry-on!
Talekyn - (Yes, I'm repeating myself, to be consistent). He's taking the pictures because of your comment a couple of pages back. I couldn't have him leave them behind. And taking the pictures will now be a plot element WAAAAY off in the climax of the grand story arc.
