As you can see, the clones here were originally created by the Fighters' first antagonist, Dr. Edward. Though, after the first time the clones were defeated traces of their DNA were left behind and obtained by another antagonist who is the one to be revealed later on, however, he's appeared several times before. The girl's name is Angela Zephyr.
