Oooh, unlucky number page 13. Well, for Peter at least.

I love my three tier action pages. It's kind of a homage to this page from the earlier Frogman origin comic I did years ago.

This page is all karate skills. See how I set that up on page 4? No superpowers here yet. Nope. The block Steve's doing in panel one is one of the most basic defensive maneuvers in karate. It's like the first thing they teach you.

I had a blast drawing this page too. The only thing that gave me trouble was fitting everything I wanted to show into the thin panels. I think it worked out extremely well and I am very pleased with the end result.

And finally, here's this page before I changed the hues of each panel. The colour change was a last minute decision, I thought it made things look cooler, and the individual colours create different moods for each panel. What do you think?

Next time: More action! This is what we want, right? RIGHT!?
