PREVIEW: The New Frontier: 2170 Banner

Well, I wasn't able to get this week's page done on time (but, with any luck, I should be able to get it up on Friday), so to apologize I thought I'd give you all a sneak preview of the new banner I'm working on for the new site. This is only the line art for a small piece of it, but I hope to make the finished product something worth looking at. I intend it to be a long, full color composition showing each main character in order of appearance from right to left in a "recent battlefield" sort of environment inspired by the first ending sequence from Gundam SEED (I would list it as one of the top five best anime ending sequences ever made, especially with how well it meshed with the first ending theme).

I find that I have difficulty motivating myself to get up and do stuff when it gets cold outside (as it does here in Minnesota during winter), so I think that might have something to do with my low page rate. I'm not going to use it as an excuse for my lack of progress lately, but I think it's an interesting correlation nonetheless.
