The creepy dwarf lady did say it would only work one time.

It's still the same person in there somewhere but her body wasnt fully resurrected.

I could have just let her come back as this undead monster, going on a killing rampage, but this makes things more emotional and tragic. She cant see since she has no eyes, and doesn't really know how she looks.
