Thanatos does not approve Octavia walking around showing her alien characteristics… Gotta say, if the Witch Hunt has been forbidden in Proximan and that Witches can be found walking freely in towns, it's still unusual to see a luminescent-head crowning-tendrils antler girl with a tail.
That could attract some unwanted attentions… Except from dragons, cuz' dragons doesn't care about anything walking on the ground.
