Oh Erin, you've smashed your way into my list of most-favorite-characters-ever. I think it's the outfit and the hair that make her so fun to draw, the skirt and sweater are cool. Also, the sweater does say Grül, I think that's the name of her favorite band at this point, I don't know.
A few things to point out here let's see… first of all, this page width is 760 pixels which is the the standard for the rest of the Ben pages that follow, and the GHS pages starting with comic #49. Not too huge of news, but if you're reading this from hpkomics.com, the comics fill their designated area a bit better and just feel nicer all around. :)
Secondly, my art here just seems like a vast improvement over the prior two pages, it's cleaner, and I have more room to draw each panel due to the size of the printouts.
Thirdly, I love Ben and Karma's exchange on this page so much, you have no idea.
Fourthly, notice how whenever Ben's Dad is in a panel, the color is dulled down? I thought it was a clever idea, especially when I play up on the very 1950s-style parents they are. Same thing goes for Ben's mom whenever she's around. Interestingly enough though, Erin's Dad doesn't effect the coloring of the panel because he's not a creepy anachronistic ideal from a bygone era.
