Ben's Book of Banned Beasts- Page 5
hpkomic onI hope you guys like this page, I really enjoyed drawing it. Ill be finishing up this storyline soon enough, this is/almost the halfway point. However an important announcement at my site summarized for you here:
It looks like a lot of things will be changing for me, and Ben?s Book of Banned Beasts will go on to be an active project, even if not through Platinum (long story and I can?t divulge any details just yet, I don?t want to jinx it), so then I will have three projects to contend with as well as school? GHS, Cosmic Dash and Bens Book.
To quote Phillip J Fry That dog wont hunt Monsignor.
So, I have devised a plan.
I want to merge GHS and Dash into a single comic, since theyre in the same universe, share the same characters and the plot weaves between the two titles. So Dash and GHS would then just become Cosmic Dash, and the narrative would jump between two casts which is actually not a hard thing to do for me since I was ALREADY doing it. I could even update more times a week simply because I don?t have to divide my attention between two comics, now they are simply one. I have a crap load of comics done on each, but I can?t post multiple GHS a week because I always have to take time to work on Dash for Furrlough.
So, I guess my question is, any objections with seeing Cosmic Dash as a webcomic again, sharing time with GHS?
The TL;DR version?
I will be expanding GHS to include Cosmic Dash, which means more updates, and two storylines at once. I wont change the name of the comic on DD, itll still be Galactic Hub Serreven, but the comic as a whole would actually be Cosmic Dash. For those of you who dont know, Cosmic Dash was a print project. The new Cosmic Dash/GHS stuff will ALSO be in print with extra features. If you want the stuff thats already printed, I wont be posting that youll need to check the back issues.
This of course wont happen right away though, I have to finish a story for Radio Comix, and get GHS to the point where the merge wont be jarring, but the intention is to consolidate them as one soon enough.
Trust me guys, this will rock.
GHS is up for a best sci-fi comic award, go vote for it!
