Author notes
In Final Fantasy XIV there are two types of Elezen; Duskwight and Wildwood. As Elezen is just a fancy name for Elves, Duskwight are essentially Dark Elves/cave Elves while Wildwood are Light/Wood Elves. Like traditional Dark Elves, the Duskwight have a negative stigma. They are also thought to be more inclined towards 'indecency' in every shape and form.
