That book she got from Swan had more than just illegal spells but also the family tree of all the elves (and some humans) who have demonic blood in their family tree. For those who care: Gally is also in there since her great grandmother got it on with an elf who demonic parentage.
Is it an official lore? No. Does it explain why some player characters are ridiculously OP vs NPCs? Why not. Everybody fucks their succubus and if you can breed racehorses faster, why not put demonic magic right in your DNA
