So, could I stuff any more tropes into this girl?

I worded that badly. Ummm… no jokes.

I think after a while of someone calling you by something, it gets to the point where you CAN'T correct it anymore, so you just learn to deal. In Gary's case, you probably let it slide because you're so enchanted by the person that really anything they do is forgivable.

She could probably give him a swirly, and he'd say, "Gee, that was refreshing!"

…She wouldn't really do that, don't go expecting Gary's head in a toilet.
