I had to. I just had to. I'd do more of these jokes, but I think it's too dry for most people's tastes.

Hey, speaking of my poor sense of humor, some jerk of a troll called my comics crap yesterday. He pointed out my poor art (which has actually gotten a lot better since I first started Melody & Macabre, my first real attempt at a comic), and my bad writing (which I have been trying to improve, and is therefull a crotch shot for absolutely no reason other than to be a bastard). He basically said nothing different from what I'm used to hearing, but it still bothered me endlessly.

To make up for it, we have two visual gags, and the characters are more expressive. And all drawn panel-by-panel. HAPPY?

It's bad enough I'm getting bored with this series - Gary hasn't come off as sympathetic as I'd hoped and Dan is utterly boring to me, as I can't write him for anything. I don't need people pointing out how bad it is.

I need opinions. Should I keep going? I'm hoping it'll get funnier, since I have plans for other things, but really I'm just tempted to scrap it by Christmas Vacation and move on to the Mel&Mac sequel. Someone did fanart, and it makes me wish I'd kept that series going.

Unfortunately, I had very few stories left for Melody. But Ace and Simon? Oh, definitely.

(Still though, I'd rather have a better artist than myself, haha.)
