104-3: Meet the Parents

Sorry for the delay!  I couldn't get to working on the comic until late today, and blah.  I hope I'll feel less sick next week, and I'm not distracted by things that don't involve drawing.
Especially since next week, being the start of Gary's Junior Year, will get really exciting.  Yeahhh, you know it!
So, Edy's parents.  I'd scheduled us to meet them a good while back over the past year, but by that point I realized that it would be unrealistic.  Not only had Edy's personality changed from what I'd originally planned, but her dynamic with Gary had also shifted to something that begins with a shakey start rather than her being an overbearing extrovert who simply dragged him into a friendship, which I didn't really like as much as if she simply prodded him along, though certainly with an addition of a Tsundere personality, as opposed to what I'm pretty sure was originally going to be a Cloudcuckoolander.
All in all though, it would have been awkward to meet her parents so early, so I'm glad I've done it now.  Though I felt really awkward that I had NO IDEA HOW TO DRAW THEM WHATSOEVER.  So I drew them at the last minute and Edy's dad looks like a blend between Gary, Simon (from Melody & Macabre), and John Lennon, and Edy's mom looks like someone who should probably be in her class.
Crud.
Anyway, back to school next week.  No reiteration of The Question this year, otherwise it'll get old.
But the Imp will be there.
