Gary's the type that, if it's not interesting to him, he'll not only ignore it, but flat-out forget it.  So he's likely to be surprised multiple times at something that should already be known to him.
So hey look, Dan!  It took me a while to get motivated enough to draw this.  I just don't like drawing Dan that much.  He's not very dynamic of a character for me.  But, I felt like it was necessary to progress his story a bit, especially so I didn't have to get you guys bored with the Edy stuff.
But, I procrastinated to the last minute trying to remember what I wanted to do for this week, and trying to convince myself that it'll be alright.
By the way: this comic's title is on Dan's shirt.  Just so you knew.
