I've had this one in mind for a few weeks. I was mulling over how to go about the pacing. It didn't feel right. Then I thought to add panel 3, which I think brings it around much better than my original plans.

I don't think this needs explanation. It's just my juvenile sense of humor at work once again.

I have been thinking about signaling pathways and glands lately since my cat was diagnosed with diabetes just over a week ago. She's actually spending all of today at the vet's office to have a glucose curve done (to determine a good dose of insulin for her). Poor thing being stuck in a cage without any of her people around. :( This will help her a lot in the long run, but we will have to do this every few weeks for a while… I hope she makes some vet tech friends.
