090. Matter of Taste

I have several insightful and polished gag ideas written on a little piece of paper. But instead of using any of these clever and well-crafted ideas, I present you with – nonsense! Admittedly, there is no point and no joke here, but it makes me laugh for some unknown reason. That, my friends, is something a real Gelotologist ought to analyze and explain for me. ~_^

Anyway, I like to provide weekly tidbits even without an insightful strip, so here's your fyi. Researchers do not use pencils. They use pens. And they record all their notes in a notebook which they keep on hand whether they work in a lab or outdoors. If they make a mistake, they cross it out with a single line. To be a scientist is to embrace mistakes. Mistakes are valuable. Mistakes cause innovations and revolutions, so never erase and never scribble things out. That single line is enough.

In other news, this, um, masterpiece is a finalist in two categories in the DrunkDuck Awards. I never would have imagined I could have a contender for the Best Overall Strip. o_0 My other comic, Used Books is also a finalist!
