Description of comic for blind and low vision readers. Grandma sits as desk looking at bills. 1. "The electric bill is nearly a thousand and it's not summer yet." 2. Grandma reads computer screen. "The water bill is seven hundred again!" 3. One hundred and eighty to fill up my SUV." 4. Sitting behind a closed laptop Grandma says "People don't appreciate how expensive it is to be rich!"
