74 - George the Dragon: Wrong Address

Good Morning! Happy Friday!

This one was a lot of fun to do. I got to make up a bunch of news stories that you can't really see, but were fun to write anyway. :D

Now we know why no one has been able to find Nessie. She's run off to live with George!

For any who are curious, the 'article' on the left side is as follows:

April 11th - Senatorial Debate

There was a huge gathering of
bigwigs from all across the world
today. Leaders from every country
came together to decide the fate
of a small rabid wombat who has
weaseled its way into the hearts
of a family in the Upper West
Farthing. The family is adamant
that 'Willie' (as they call the
creature) is a perfectly kind
and conscientious citizen of
Great Britain and should be
afforded every right given
to a human being by the law.

The courts are in an uproar.
Animal rights activists have
barricaded the Smith family
farm against the invasion
of law enforcement officers
seeking to take the creature
away from its loving family
and put it to death before it
kills anyone. The activists are
armed and seem to have
bunkered down for the winter.
Constable O'Leary of the West
Farthing Police force is calling
this a hostage situation and is
seeking United States assistance
in the form of a tactical missile strike.
U.S. operatives have mapped the
area and are balancing the loss
of life with the well being of the
community.


You don't see news like that everyday :D
