Yep. It's a new character. This is the one I voted for in the character poll. Though I suppose I should warn you it was only a pity vote. Quite the opposite of how I really feel XD
I'll let you guys form your own opinion about him.

At the time that I wrote this part I was totally obsessed with this actor that wore sunglasses all of the time. So I wrote it in that he would wear sunglasses here. I regret it because they're so damn hard to draw!!!!
