So, I found out why the vote button wouldn't show up no matter what I did. In the layout page, there's a thingy where you select a pre-made layout and a customizable one. I'd keep changing the customized one, but no dice - till I noticed the little paragraph by the side saying "You're currently using template". Apparently, the "template" word was a link I had to click to turn to html. HOW WAS I SUPPOSED TO KNOW?!? Seriously.

Anyway, the vote button is up here. GoD for president!
