I think I read that in PE. Imagine that, if we gave every male large dicks, then they'd be less likely to commit a crime out of frustration. Sure, those crimes would still happen and it'd cost a couple billion to do all those operations, but there'd be less of it.

On another note, I am really losing motivation to do this comic. I might lose the bet. Don't worry, I will try to keep up the daily updates, I just need to find out what used to make me able to do those better sagas
