Sometimes I go do stuff without entirely thinking it through. The creative arts evening we won the music award, we chose 'November Rain', a song we had barely rehearsed. Hell, the kids in the string section had only played it once or twice before. Well, we still won. We had to make the last minute switch because the band before us stole our song, knowing they were going up before us.
The amount bet for who would win the award: $2000.
The look on their face when we won: Priceless
In total, there were ten of us, so that's $200 each. Was all I needed to get a PSP (AU$400 including UMD). Then Eternity told me she would have chipped in to get a 360. Oh well, that's next on my list.
