It's what gets noticed.

Valentines Day. The anniversary of the most confusing day I've ever had growing up. Five of the girls who used to beat the living hell out of me send me cards every year. I think they watch my house because the envelopes don't have my address and I've never seen any one put them in.

One of them always has a time and location to meet, which I always go to since it's always anonymous and I want some answers, but the girl never shows up. I’m still wondering if I should go or not this year. I mean, it's just to see some one I haven't seen in six years and to tell them I'm already with some one else and to move on. Normally I wouldn't bother, but the cards are always heartfelt and have a beautiful poem, some detailed artwork and are always scented. The other cards are just store bought, this girl does hers hand made. (Amy really hates this girl, even though neither of us knows who she is)

It's really confusing. If these girls liked me, then why not say something? Why not stand up for me? They saw me being abused and did nothing? Do they actually care? Is it pity, or perhaps even guilt?

Any way, that’s enough angst for you guys. Enjoy the day, enjoy it's meaning and if you have no one, go out to a club an hour before last call and just talk to the people you like, then ask them to sleep with you (Or ask them out, however you want it)
