The clone's attitude is quite understandable.

Recently, I found a copy of a graphic novel about Poison Ivy and Harley Quinn. Basically, it's a comedy sort of story about a contest they have in prison, then when they break out and finally they try to make a movie together. It is now the very first DC comic/graphic novel that I have ever purchased.

It was quite an entertaining read. I saw the B:TAS episode where Harley and Ivy teamed up and found it quite amusing. This comic goes deeper into their 'friendship' as Harley refers to it, showing Ivy's annoyances with Harley's childish attitude, and Harley's insistence that despite what Ivy yells, they are still BFFs (Harley scrubbing Ivy's hair and singing loudly while Ivy boils is a main example of this).

Now for the review. Seeing the green skinned Ivy and Harley being out of costume almost all the time often made me forget who I was reading about (Too familiar with the DCAU. Really need to get into the comics). There wasn't that much action, unless you count the kissing contest, but enough humour to make me not care. Also, Harley's modified prison uniform and female group showers with well placed hair, leg movements, speech bubbles, foam and water streams made me wonder how much the authors actually 'enjoyed' this particular comic.

All in all, I would recommend to anyone who can find it (Lost it in my room somewhere and I can't remember the exact title. All I know is 'Harley and Ivy').

Until next time
