[435] Flight: Angry Kitty

I'm thinking many of you may have some idea which arc I'm basing this off. If not, well that's what archives are for.

Each day, I always wonder what would have happened if I went back to 2003, started my own comic and did nothing but sketch out the characters, plots, etc. and managed to complete a page for each weekday, never missing an update? How good of an artist would I be at this time? Would I be like Piro, not really improving much, or the great Amelius, getting drastically better in a short time because of all the practice and effort?

In any case, in order to achieve something like that, I would need either a tablet or a scanner that didn't crap out all the time. This sort of screws that idea up, along with the fact I don't have a time machine.

With this in mind, I believe I should skip all the practice and just pick out the best brains and steal them. So far on my list are Peta Hewitt for sketches, Inkmonkey for inking, Lar Desouza for lettering/action Ian McConville for colours/layout and Amelius for shading/lighting. For the story, it's Kyupol for drama, Red Death/Tim Buckley/Jeph Jacques for geek references, Megan Rose Gelis for light hearted innocent humour and Steve Napierski/Ryan Sohmer for weird humour.

With their brains devoured, I shall become an awesome comic artist and then I'll rule the industry with my awesomeness. And if you haven't heard of those people, you need to be shot. But before that happens, go read their comics.

Now, all I need is a locator and an endless supply of cash to go devour those brains. Wish me luck.

Until next time
