[538] Quest: Remorse

Why did Kevin go insane? Where is Lukas really from? How is Anti still alive? This saga is over and the new one shall begin on Monday. Also, I fixed the fonts. Also, I did a guest comic over at Pokemon Heroes. I'm rather modest about that, aren't I?

Speaking of which, yesterday I got the rough pencils of the very first page. Now, as part of the agreement the art team and I have (Not a formal contract, but just some things we arranged), I cannot show you anything until the agreed time, which will be when the main site launches. This means I can't even tell you guys the script for the first page (Although you all probably know what it is).

Personally, I'm a little conflicted on this whole arrangement. I mean, yeah, I voted yes on that part, but I figured I could show you guys a couple of previews so you could get an idea of what it was going to be like. And now I can't. I guess this just goes to show you that you need to read into the agreement fully before you say yes (And yes, I have made sure that I still own Fatum Chronicles completely, no matter what happens)

And I can't remember if I told you all this before, or if I haven't mentioned it until the guest comic, but Rendergee, the guy in charge, wants to hopefully do an animated series. I'm going to try and make it like Batman: The Animated Series from the 90s (That's what got me into Batman in the first place. And Batman was how I got into comics) where you need to have read the comic to know how it all began, but it'll still be a fun show to watch.

My thoughts and feelings that something I had absolutely no interest in doing (The show) is something I'm almost being pressured into? Personally, I'm a little glad. I tend to write scripts so much better when I write them as a screenplay rather than panel-to-panel. It just flows so much more smoothly. Plus, this will give me a chance to expand my horizons as a writer.

But now, I want a chance to help you all out. You, the readers, have encouraged me to push on with GG and so I offer you the chance to step through the door with me if you want to. And so, I now put out the call for any of you who can do art/pencils, inks, colours and letters to help me bring another project to life. I also need a co-writer or two to help me bring it in motion. There'll be more than one person on each job so that we can get the work done quickly.

The story? Well, it's a work in progress remember. Okay, so in the not-so-distant future, scientists attempt to capture some of the sun's energy to study what exactly makes it tick. Unfortunately, the probe they sent failed and the radioactive chemicals aboard that were powering the engines caused the sun to fail and die. Ten years later, a replacement has been made to orbit the earth opposite the moon, but there's an issue. The sun takes up so much power that a AAA battery costs $3,000,000. Also, it can only be charged at once, once a year, which is on New Years Day. This makes January filled with a desert's scorching heat and December as cold as the ice caps.

So yeah, post here if you want in (No PQs please. I want comments here) for anything I said above. I will try and get this thing published if you want. Either that, or we just make a bunch of merchandise and sell that.

Seeya on Monday.

Until next time
