I think technically as far as Persona 4 is concerned Teddie's character is actually called Feather Horned Owl, not White Swallow, but I'm going by the Persona 2 versions of the Phoenix Rangers because…well they're more awesome sounding.
If anyone was curious, YES, this comic was drawn pretty much right around the time it was announced Yukari goes on to become the actress that plays Pink Argus in Arena 2.
Is it just me or does Teddie look like less of a bird and more like Bidoof? It's not just me, right?
