Like always, I try to get as much as I can into a few panels. So lets see, we've got our Persona 4 Arena reference, our reference to the fact we have no idea what time it is (though I believe we know it's between Ultimax and Dancing All Night, which has been confirmed to be 6 months after the end of P4, so chances are good this is around July) the MC being sad to see Rise after being dumped during Add-On, and Teddie pointing out the entire purpose of this comic actually existing.
I think I covered that pretty nicely if I do say so myself.
