Rolemodels- Beatrix Potter
This great woman not only created and illustrated many childrens stories, Peter rabbit being one of her best known works, but also was a avid scientist studying lichens and recording their stuctures as seen through microscopes by the methods of the time… watercolor paintings.

What's more she was an environmental conservationist, being responsible for the preservation 4000 acres of land, cottages and farms in the Lake District of North western England.
