It tasted alright, I whipped it by hand with a wisk so it was a bit denser this year then last and I used less water. Still it was pretty good.

I think it would be beter if I knew wether vinilla would be well tollerated (leaving the vanilla bean in the honey for a few week to flavor it) and maybe trying it with some spices to flavor the honey too.

Though I did come up with an idea to try a bit of carrots and a touch of spices too.

Oh the gummy powder is unflavored gelatine.

The end result is something like a giant marshmellow.
