I originally had him just sew it up with just some scar, then have him signal to his reflection and have them exit different directions. But for some reason, I couldn't draw what I wanted very well, so I left it like this with the bulging nerve thing I thought up in the middle of this. Oh well, plans change. The panel images should have been reversed, but it was too late to fix it. Deal with it.
