This is the beginning of the side story about Hanusen. For those that don't know, a character named Hanusen appeared in volume 3, and battled with Nhoj. He taught Nohj about where his powers came from and encouraged he question what to do with them. Now we see that Hanusen actually is in cahoots with Blade.
