Yes, all rights to the characters belongs to JK Rowling. This is only a random parody of the slash fanfics that are out there. The only things that is mine is the plot-twist and the art. Mainly, the overall subject with those two trapped in a cupboard isn't even my idea, it's an idea already used by at least 30 fanwriters, which is why I got so tired of it that I created my own version *evil grin*
