Sorry for the filler, folks. I spent the morning at my niece's baptism and the afternoon running errands. Rather than half-ass a comic I decided to do a little filler and show y'all what I've been working on.
First illustration aside, the two photographs are of my desk–or more importantly, things that are ON my desk. The first photo shows the my non-computer working area. I just got it set up recently. But, what's that there on the desk? Oh my, it's Hatpires! I've been working on some Hatpire cellphone charms that I may sell or auction off some time in the future. I'm still experimenting at this stage. I've been taking a lot of tips from jewelry-makers who create polymer beads to try and find a way to make charms that are very durable. So far, so good, but I still need to tweak a bit. :)
In other news, I've got a proper news page up now! The "News" link above will take you to a Wordpress blog that's hundreds of times easier to update than the old HTML-based page I had. I also have a DeviantArt gallery! Visit it at http://hatpire.deviantart.com and take a look around. Once I get a bit more content I'll add a link up top. I'll try to keep it updated with some extra images, wallpapers, and the like that you won't find in the comic itself.
