These are canonically the very first Dribblers ever created. The Milky Way Galaxy Government created them in order to combat external threats such as The Evilion Army (Evil space Empire on it's way to blow up the Galaxy). Here they resemble Ghosts much more than the Other Dribblers designs/ colours, This is due to the fact their concentration of Magic radiation (Zirbicadium) is higher than that of other Dribbler species. Fun Fact Coneman was the first ever Dribbler, Vanilla Dribblers are the most powerful species of The Evil Ice Cream Monsters; However they are difficult to manufacture on a large scale. Thus Gwendolyn Macduncan Herself created Red Dribblers as they were cheaper and easier to make. Jelly Dribblers and Chilly Dribblers are also variants of the Dribbler Recipe Macduncan herself concocted. Her Innovations on the Dribbler design is a big reason why the Government covers up her existence, as she tests and refines Government created weapons. This Ironically actually mirrors real life. The Fast Food Nation as we know it exists the way it is today through Government subsidies and policies created with the purpose of attempting to feed the western population after the events of the second world War. When it was discovered that after years of the average person eating higher quantities of food. That we needed to eat less food, many food companies lobbied the government into keeping many of the archaic policies around for many years to come.
