I‘m told that most of the sprinting zombies that have been appearing in movies aren’t zombies at all, but are ghouls. And thinking on it, I don’t believe that anyone in 28 Days Later, the film that everyone is upset about for making zombies fast, actually called them zombies at any point in the movie. Was it just reviewers then? Maybe we should blame them for not knowing their classes of undead.

Did any other recent “fast zombie movie” actually refer to them as zombies? Can anyone name one?

I do know that Valve, the company that created the game Left 4 Dead, refers to them as zombies, so they are officially stupid bastards. Game rocks, but whoever decided they must call them zombies can die in a fire.
