I'm not actually certain a generation 2 Civic even had seatbelts standard…

Also, playing a bit with halftones here… I used to draw comics with real halftone film, cutting it out and shaving it with an x-acto. This (MediBang) is easier, but I still have some sheets on the shelf, and I kinda miss the tactile sense of "drawing" by tone-scraping.
