Blaine has a strict policy against messing around with magic for reasons we'll get into later. He's seen some stuff go down, is all you need to know for now.
To clarify also since last time there was confusion, werewolves are active for 3 nights when the moon is full and the wax/wane days directly before and after, and most powerful on the full moon naturally. Vic has encountered the wolf at his most dangerous. If Vic has the curse, he will be considerably easier to deal with having transformed on the waxing near-full moon than if he'd been bitten the night before… so Bert is warning him he only has until tomorrow's sundown to decide if he stays or goes.
