yet again, for those who haven't heard, The September Challenge has been to draw one of your heroes and enter them in with some colour swatches and a brief description. Alias: Conduit Powers: Claire is rumored to be able to draw life energy from living beings, but more evident is her ability summon and merge with a Celestial Guardian which allows her to fly and wield the Celestial Spear. Bio: Claire was born in Beaujoulais, France, as a mortal with a gift to see and draw life energy (or what others might refer to as souls) from living beings. She is an artifact that connects the realm of the Celestials to the mortal plane, like the Book of Creation, the Thread of Fate, and others, though she is the only known living artifact. As such, the Celestials designated an archangel to her side as her Guardian since infancy to protect her from falling into the clutches of evil hands as well as ignorant mortals. Upon learning of her metahuman ability to draw life force, the French Government's Defense program adopted Claire, in hopes to harness and deploy her powers toward the protection of the nation's best interests.
