Artists
Submit a picture of a character we've never seen before.  This can be an entirely new character, an upcoming character for your comic who hasn't debuted yet, or anything.  The character can be related to the Heroes Alliance setting but doesn't have to be.
 
Do not include a name, description or background for the character or otherwise tell us about them (including in the comments) until February because…
 
Commenters
…you're going to tell us who you think the posted characters are!
What's their name?  Their backstory?  What powers or abilities do they have if any?  What's their personality? Who are they?

Artists, please send a PQ to irrevenant containing a link to a picture of your character and/or post it in the Monthly Mayhem thread in the forums.
 
It will then be posted here for commenters to comment on.
 
Multiple entries are both allowed and welcomed.
