Commentary: As promised in some of my earlier comments, I'd like to go a bit more in-depth regarding the involvement of specific characters in this book. In the initial recruiting stage there were four characters who turned out quite difficult to include in this story: Acrobat, Coil, Nepath's Fearless and TheMidge28's blood/hound. Now, I would have included all of them if I'd been able to, but it was clear that each of these characters would need some space in order to explain how and why they could be where I needed them to be. Including this 5-pager centered around Acrobat and Coil was possible mainly because of the U.N.C.A. S.A.M. subplot, but IMHO adding any more sub-plots would have been too distracting. I'd like to know how this feels from a reader's perspective - does this story feel rather straight, or rather convoluted? Or like a good mix?
