Commentary: Nietzsche's "Anti-Christ": Now ain't THAT a nice christmas reference? And look - they glued Motherboard's head back on! Polite; eh? ;-)
Regarding the two bottom panels: I wrote some scenes which didn't make it into the final script, but I guess it's normal to always write more than is actually used, just to have the feeling that these characters do have lives off-panel. Anyway, this was my way of wrapping up the lose thread from the Motherboard sub-plot. I think it's funny, and not just in the sense of a throwaway punch line - but maybe that's just me ;-)
