These lines were said by Nguyễn Bỉnh Khiêm. In Vietnamese history, he
was a renown scholar and famous for his prophecies. When asked by Nguyễn
Hoàng (the first Lord of the Nguyễn Lords Dynasty), he said these
lines, meaning "go South!". Nguyễn Hoàng followed this recommendation
and go South. Eventually, Nguyễn Hoàng established the powerful region
of Nam Hà.
