Lemniskate: Well, in the case of, say, the battle droids from Clone Wars, I'm wondering myself. Fighting seems to be one of their primary functions, yet they barely even qualify as cannon fodder. These robots, however, were never meant for battle. The pirate ship crashed into the surveillance deck, so all these robots were ever supposed to do was evaluate incoming signals. However, you might get to see a battle droid on the next page… :p
