If someone would ever want to analyze this story at some far off point in the future, they should take into account how on this page Kel's expressions are all so easy to read, while Kano's is pretty much impossible to read.

I'm pretty happy with how this page turned out. My main efforts went into drawing food and drawing Kano. Not that I'd want to neglect Kel, but I've been drawing him for some time now. With Kano, I'm pretty much still defining the character, and every single drawing of her counts. And food… well, as I've said on the previous page: I NEVER draw food, so that takes some effort :P (I even did my research for the close-ups here, contrary to what I had said in my comment on the previous page.)

Legend Comics: Thank you! I share your sentiments. The close-ups of the food made representing it extra-hard. It wasn't until the shading that it started to look somewhat like the real thing :P And I am quite happy with the last panel.
